    Then again, if expectaton of her are super-low, she may come off looking good if she doesn't say anything super retarded. My husband thinks they leaked this story to make expectations low so she will pleasantly surprise everybody. i don't agree. i think she's a dolt.

    i would not be surprised, if they announce that the wedding will be held on thursday....and changes can't be made.

      No, Ellen, I love a deviously clever theory as much as anyone. . .but this is the telling fact.

      McCain wanted to cancel the debate, not to work on the bail-out as stated, but to buy time for Palin to prep for her debate on Thursday. The thinking was that McCain/Obama would then debate on Thursday. But Obama wasn't buying it. . .saying that he would show up and have a towhall style debate. . .so McCain was forced to continue with the debate. .

      It is becoming common knowledge among D.C. insiders, columnists and politicos that the McCain campaign is freaked out about her lack of talent displayed during the debate prep work.

      Something is going to have to give. . .either the McCain is going to try to cancel her debate or they will replace her. The first effort failed.

        I've been thinking about that. What trick could he possibly have up his sleeve? If the debate does go on and she bombs out, thats it. The question then is will they let that happen? No. So if they are freaking about her failing miserably they will probably manufacture another "hail mary."

        It will be an interesting week.
