It's the evil empire vs homeowners and renters this time. If you live in CA you have a stake in this election! Both put limits on eminent domain such as happened in New London CT a few years back but there's major differences between the two.
at least one major difference -- Prop 98 ends all rent control in California. Even Arnie hates it.
